Great Hydration Without Sugar
I've been using this after my evening walks, and it really helps me feel refreshed. The watermelon flavor is light, not too sweet, and I like that it has zero added sugar. Mixes well with water too.

Good wholesome electrolyte. It’s unsweetened so you can take it daily without the extra sugar rush or guilt. Flavor is subtle and nice and not synthetic. I use this to hydrate for my long runs and marathons

Very good.
Iam a diabetic and hypertensive. So normal electrolytes cause surge in blood pressure and blood sugar. This product is good. It does not cause uneven surges. A bit highly priced. Easy to use. Taste is good. Hydrates in no time.

Watermelon not great
Please buy any other flavour but not Watermelon flavour. It doesn’t taste like watermelon, it tastes like bubblegum. Which is very unpalatable for me.

Convenient to carry and easy to use
These are easy to use sachets that are very convenient to just mix in water and use. They seem to be good and energetic as I feel nice when I use them. I feel they provide proper hydration. However I feel the cost is on the higher side.

Taste + quality issue = Bad
- Very bad taste + clumped powder . Bought Supply6 Salts Watermelon flavor for hydration. Taste is extremely salty and not like watermelon at all. More like salty medicine. Also the powder inside the sachet was already clumped/hard like in my photo. For this price I expected better quality and flavor. Dissolves okay but I couldn't finish even 1 glass. Waste of money. Do not recommend. Please don’t buy or don’t waste ur money.
