I'm so glad I tried this seasoning. It tastes good in homemade clam chowder and chicken soup/broth. Good on steaks and eggs. So far it's worked on every savory dish I've tried it on and it's now in the place of honor with the butter and the salt on the counter. I've found to try a small amount on something new before committing. It tastes better on some things if you're not heavy handed. It'll bring something special to the party without overwhelming the dish. Like adding salt to cake batter. It needs it, but you don't want salty cake batter. But on the chicken soup and broth, I go crazy. Same for meats. I really love that it goes with other seasonings and does play well with others.
