I did a lot of research before choosing this doorbell camera. This doorbell is very good, only the connection is a bit complicated, the WiFi signal in my home is strong, and it is easy to connect to my phone according to the manual. When someone rings the doorbell or detects motion, my phone can receive notifications, the video is clear. I can see who is at my door through my phone and also can talk with him. Just like a video call. I like it.

Recently there are some theft in around my neighbourhood so I decided to buy a spy cam to protect my door. After scanning most similiar products I finally choose this doorbell with the modest price. I should say you should have some patience before pairing. It takes me half an hour to make the doorbell work. After that I like this doorbell because it meet all my request. When someone is near my door my phone will receive notification after several seconds. Also even if we are in asleep the doorbell will auto record the video if someone is at my door. In the second day I can check the recorded videos on the APP. Once I've noticed that the theif has already come to my door and found the doorbell on my door, then he skip my house.Good doorbell protecting my house. I'll recommend this doorbell for protecting your prooerties.

Good Product and Excellent Service After I installed it, everything was fine. But I was having problems when I wanted to take it off the wall. I didn't know how to remove it. I asked the customer service, they responded to me soon, just take off the security screw with the tool comes along with the screws and then push the doorbell body upward. The doorbell will be easily taken off from the wall. There is also an anti-theft notification which is really a good function.

This doorbell is modern and sleek looking and could be a great doorbell but it needs work. I did a lot of research before purchasing and concluded that I would move forward with the Aunex. Set up was easy mounting was easy but when it came to the ultimate test of ringing the doorbell and walking up to the doorbell and it detecting it was a fail. The motion detection is slow and so delayed that nearly every time I would walk up to the doorbell it would not detect my motion even on the highest setting. It only picks up on side-to-side motion which is very odd. So I reached out to the seller explained the problem and they sent another one which was great. We have the same issues. We've even had people come to the door ring the doorbell and does not record in the cloud and we do not get a notification. There are delays in both units. If it does pick up on any motion there's a flash picture for a half a second, it fades out and then it starts recording again it is the weirdest thing! Both units do this and I just do not see how we could have two faulty units. Now if I want to view live the picture quality is great the sound is fine. It is awesome that you can view any videos in the cloud without a contract or fees. But I do believe that this particular doorbell needs work and unfortunately I cannot recommend.

The main problem with this device is the operating instructions, THERE ARE NONE.the features are outlined but the instruction pamphlet only addresses the set up and it is confusing because it does not detail exactly what it wants when it initially ask for a name for your internet. It should ask you to identify not name and that would make more sense.The next issue is the PIR or motion detection it is sometimey and by the time it alerts you its seconds later. The low detection is advised but it takes 8 seconds or more to activate the medium is little better and the high is a nusence as it constantly goes off seemly for no reason.The batteries need charging when you get it and the initial charge lasted me a few days.picture quality is OK as SD and a little better at HD but the HD connection is slow and sometimes fails to connect.The so called security lock actually pushes the device up and off of the mount, I had to secure it by putting a screw above the device to keep it from sliding up. No instructions on the use of the cloud feature or the SD card no explanation on what the "cruise" feature is for. The view is concave the opposite of convex or birds eye from left to right but you cannot see the area where any packages may be left below it. The quality appears as good as any other in fact the design is similar to others I have seen.The motion detection is a disappointment as well as the battery life coupled with sketchy operation instructions make this device problematic to use at best.the price was the best thing about this video door bell.If you are looking to capture thieves I would not trust this model as it does not even alert me when the mail man arrives or leaves unless its on High detection and the mail man moves really slow.If you only need it for its video door bell function it would be OK but that is all you should use this unit for,
