Great little machine.

Don’t buy this
Customers should know not to busy this pressure washer. It stopped working after two months and they don’t want to fix it and they will not allow us to return it. Amazon should not deal with this company. Zero stars would be my rating!

High performance
High performance, 4 and half stars. Pressured washed a paver patio for 4 uninterrupted hours. I highly recommend it. The handle barrel to keep the high pressure hose does not perform as advertised. I roll the hose by hand and place it over the handle during storage 😄

The unit came with missing parts and no longer worked after 3 basic (home) uses.
I purchased this product in May 2025 and am writing this review March 2026. When I received this product, it came with a missing part so I am not able to roll up the hose as is advertised. When I went on line, Amazon had listed this product as no longer available so I was not able to get support for the missing part. I paid over $400 Cdn for this product so I was disappointed that I was not able to roll up the hose, as that was one of the reason's I chose to purchase this brand. I used this pressure washer 3 times in 2025 under moderate circumstances and it worked well. It was stored in my garden shed during the winter and took it out today to use but it would not turn on. No power to the unit. The cord has power but it seem as the motor is dead. I am trying to get some resolve from Amazon and YerYork but so far I have received no support. Prior to purchasing this unit, I had a basic SunJoe brand pressure washer which I worked hard for 12 years before that unit gave way. If you are considering purchase of this brand - my recommendation is don't! It's expensive, there is no support and this brand is not reliable!
