Works well as good as expensive units

Works better and is of a higher quality than I expected based on the price. I've used it about ten times already to make noodles for pasta, soup and stir frys. Someone in another review mentioned that it didn't work well because the pasta stuck together, but the instructions say that you should express the noodles directly into the boiling water, which alleviates this problem. I use it with gluten-free flour, and it works well.

The quality and ease of use are good. The problem is separating the pasta when it exists.Solve this and you have a good quality low priced pasta maker.,
