The sound is good and the intercom hasn’t disconnected once, a charge seems to last forever. I’ve gone 6 hours of constant intercom usage and they only took about 40mons to charge back to full.These are so simple to use and extremely reliable.I’m not really sure why someone would spend £500 when this version is so good! I’ve used these for two months now and only had one disconnection when we were about 1km away from each other, they connected automatically when we were in range of each other.The sound quality is more than acceptable and I have burmester speaker in my car, it’s almost like having a concert in your helmet.It would be nice to have music and intercom working at the same time, however you just have to switch the intercoms off and the music starts straight away.But you have to ask yourself, if it worth paying an extra £350 just for this feature? For me the answer is no :)My friends with headsets nearly ten times the cost are impressed with these units. If you get these you won’t regret it :)

Stumbled across these when about to spend a considerable larger amount of money, read reviews, took a punt and having tested them today found them to be faultless and every bit as good as units 5 times the price, superb sound quality and never lost any connections today despite md whizzing ahead occasionally, very, very pleased

The product in general is pretty good, sound output is indeed stereo, and audio quality is pretty good; the buttons on the unit are easy to press and generally fairly ergonomic, and the microphone provides clear audio for making calls with good sound quality reported by people I've called. Bluetooth pairing is very easy, however it should be noted that due to there only being 2 buttons (as well as volume plus and minus) every operation you wish to perform is made by pressing a button or combination of buttons for different lengths of time or different numbers of times in quick succession, which gets a little confusing (and lengths of time for each operation, e.g. entering pairing mode, are incorrect in the provided instructions and it does take a bit of experimentation to learn how to use it properly).However, the speakers/earpieces are much thicker than I've seen on other similar units, and consequently are quite awkward to get into the correct position inside the helmet and can be very uncomfortable after a while of wearing the helmet, and you WILL tear the foam on the speakers/earpieces during installation unless you're exceedingly careful and are lucky enough to get them in exactly the right spot first time. Installation in general is about as much of a PITA as you'd expect, but not bad or difficult. The removeable metal clip that is designed to clip over the shell of your helmet doesn't fit properly unless you have a sport type helmet with a specific curve (I am an adventure/tourer rider so it doesn't fit on my Caberg X-Trace at all), meaning you will likely have to use the provided 3M sticky pads instead (which is not a problem, but does mean that when you come to remove the headset from the helmet it will have the potential to damage or mark the helmet shell), and again due to the curvature of the plasyic clip I have had to mount the unit at 90⁰ to how its supposed to sit. The unit is also specifically designed to go on the left hand side of the helmet, which is a little frustrating for me as a right handed person (and due to the different lengths of the cables to the earpieces, and the fact that the output is stereo, it's not possible to put the unit on the right hand side of the helmet and still have the stereo earpieces the correct way round) although as a design choice I suppose this makes sense given your right hand is needed for the throttle and brake so it's more difficult to have a free right hand while riding a motorcycle than it is to have a free left hand. It should also be noted that the volume buttons only function to change music volume and are a little slow (it requires pressing the button and waiting a few seconds for it to register before itll change, then pressing again etc, as pressing the volume buttons repeatedly too quickly will perform adifferent operation than changing volume) and they do not work to change volume during a phonecall.Overall rating is 4/5 taking all the above and the price into account; its not perfect but is pretty good for the price.

I bought these to replace our interfone F5MC's. Compared to the price of those, I was not expecting great quality but was pleasantly surprised. Mainly they are used for chatting to my wife on her bike or streaming music between us, or taking the occasional phone call. The noise cancelling must work okay as nobody has ever had trouble hearing me. The sound quality is good, the headphones are loud enough to be heard at road legal speeds and it's only on really windy roads or when riding with alacrity that we have trouble hearing each other. The music streaming works perfectly once you've memorised the controls, though sometimes it's hard to hit the + and - buttons with winter gloves on. The battery life is amazing, can go about a week without having to charge it and usually when I do it still has around 50% left. It's hard to tell exactly what the battery life is because it tells you "Above 50 percent" "Above 80 percent" "Below 50 percent" etc, but it's never run out yet and we use them for around 2 hours a day monday-friday on the way to work. I've never tested connecting to any other headsets or to more than one person. Great comms unit.

I bought a pair of these in 09/2019 and they have been used about twenty times. I can't fault them really but I have not used top brand ones to compare with. They work fine and I can easily hear my wife even with earplugs in (have on max volume with plugs). We don't travel at high speeds but they are fine at 60/70mph and do not distort. The only problem is my wife's helmet is a retro style full face and isn't the quietest so I do hear a bit of wind through her helmet...I have used my phone through it a couple of times and it's easy to use and crystal clear. Being a bit of a technophobe I have not used voice control but the option is there.Setting it up is easy and it took me about 10/15 minutes per helmet. This will depend on how easy it is to fiddle with your lining, if it comes out, fitting is a doddle. It comes with a boom mic for open face and a stick on mic for your chin guard on full face.One of the sets has just had a battery fault (8 months) and I was expecting hassle with the seller. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong, unbelievable customer service, even answered my email on a Saturday. Agreed replacement unit after sending a photo of it on the same day and it arrived on monday!Good quality at reasonable price.

Unfortunately, one of the two units in my twin pack was not working correctly. I had asked a question about this on Amazon but did not hear back from the seller and eventually sussed it out myself (although I did appreciate another Amazon user offering some advice!)I set up the system in my Arai helmet and managed to install it very discreetly so that the only visible wire was the short piece that comes out of the lining to the usb connector. It was easy to link to my phone via Bluetooth and sitting in my lounge seemed to work ok, although I could hear odd noises when no music was playing (like faint computer type noises)..Unfortunately, when on the bike, playing music, it sounded like a skipping cd, very annoying. I rode about 50 miles and it was skipping whenever I moved my head and was constant. I don’t think I went for longer than a minute or two without it happening.I assumed I’d pinched a wire or something, or there was an issue with my phone. I installed the other device into my partner’s helmet, this one worked fine! I swapped the units over and tested the whole set using different phones and both headsets switched around; sure enough, my phone worked perfectly with the second unit as did both helmets.I then went for another ride using the other unit (but with the same headphones/helmet as the initial test ride) and it did not ‘skip’ or drop out once! To me that was clear enough to be an issue so I have returned the set.I initially chose this version over the newer, slightly more expensive ‘plus’ model because it is capable of charging whilst in use. Although it can do this because the charge socket and headset socket are separate, the instructions say that it is not recommended!? Although the instructions do give reasoning on why it is not recommended, to me this advice completely defeats the object of the feature, what good is a feature that is somehow not good for the unit?Having found out the above, and needing to return it anyway, I decided that the additional features of the ‘plus’ version were worth the extra £15 and ordered a set from the same seller.Although the plus version only comes in blue or pink (which is a bit naff), above the pro, it has a built in radio (handy if you need to tune in for traffic info), you can mute the microphone when on intercom and on calls, it has a usb c connector instead of micro usb, and the buttons are much better spaced for use while wearing gloves. Also, not having a separate charge port (it uses the same socket where the headset attaches at the rear) there is one less plug hole for water to sneak into!For me, these features not present in the pro model should be reflected in a greater price difference between the two models (hence my slightly stingy star rating).That said, the sound quality for music seems perfectly good and is plenty loud enough for most riding conditions. Hands free calling is fine under about 50mph as well. I couldn’t get anything to work particularly well with the voice control, but I’m fairly sure that is my phone settings and not the fault of the fodsports setup.They do feel like decent quality things, not super premium, but perfectly fine. It sits a little further away from the helmet than they look like they should, but that isn’t a major issue.If at the time you read this; 1) the pro version is sufficiently cheaper in price than the plus, and 2) you do not see any benefit in the additional features the plus has, then go for it!But honestly; my advice is to pay a little more and get the plus version instead.

Used one these to hear Google Maps instructions from my phone on a couple of round trips from the South East - North East a week apart and didn't charge it between. I'm really impressed as I guess they were switched on for a combined time for around 30 hours, so I'm guessing that being on and receiving from the phone uses much less battery than the advertised "Talk Time" where it's transmitting to the phone and that because it's not using the amps to constantly play sound (like listening to music) also contributes to longevity of the battery... Must have some really clever power management system in there.Rather annoyingly my Samsung phone automatically assumes that every time I connect a bluetooth device it should be whisper quiet, so anything more than about 10 miles an hour and you can't hear a damn thing... Thankfully these have really easy to find volume buttons that you can find and operate simply with winter gloves on so you can set the volume to a level that's loud enough over engine/wind noise at any speed. I used on the motorway at National Speed Limit (70 miles an hour of course officer) but was still able to hear clearly the instructions and Google Speed Camera alerts with no problem (Google Speed Camera alerts as anyone who uses Google Maps will tell you are just a subtle chime and not particularly noticeable)I've not bothered to use these to listen to music while riding, but did play music when installing into my helmet and it sounded good to me, but I'm not an Audiophile and it's not what I bought them for.

Got these a few days ago. Easy enough to install into the helmet but takes a bit of time. Recommend that time is spent getting the wires behind the lining properly and that the speakers are as close to the ears as possible. Do not put the speakers under padding as it's difficult to hear. The sound quality for the price is really good. Music playback via Android smart phone was easy to set up and nice and clear even at 70mph. The intercom was great at low speeds but at 70mph was a little bit too quiet/wind noise being captured by the microphone. Never lost connection to the other rider over a 100mile run. The buttons on the unit take a while to get used to and there is a lot of different sequences to go through to pair them etc.For the price this is a decent unit and would recommend.

Lo he probado en un viaje largo de casi 10h en moto y perfecto. La batería le dura muchísimo. Lo llevé conectado con varios intercomunicadores de otras marcas y se escuchaba y me escuchaban perfecto. Incluso haciendo conversación de 4 a la vez.Contras:Los botones a veces cuesta de acertar con el guante.Las luces que indican si esta encendido no se ven casi si le da el sol.No tiene radio, aunque puedes usar la del móvil.

Je ne connais pas les produits des autres marques d’intercom, mais ceux ci sont parfait pour moi. Je me suis fié au commentaires et je ne suis pas déçu. Le son est très bon en conversation ou musique, les écouteurs étants pourtant assez plat et fins, ce qui est un avantage dans le casque. La conversation est bonne jusqu’à 110/120 , en particulier si vous avez une bulle ou casque à visière. La connexion sur mon iPhone 8 sans soucis.Seul regret ; ce modèle ne permet pas le partage de musique entre intercom (l’autre modèle ne devait pas exister quand je l’ai acheté ou je ne l’avais pas vu ). Je recommande

La coppia di interfoni si presenta facile da usare, il pairing dei dispositivi è semplice ed immediato.La dotazione di auricolari e microfono è molto buona, gli altoparlanti sono sottili e si inseriscono bene nell'alloggiamento predisposto del casco (nel mio caso un LS2 Valiant) ottima il doppio microfono fornito ( sia per caschi apribili che per caschi integrali).L'audio è molto buono (mi rimane da provarlo in velocità con casco aperto/chiuso).Ottima la funzione dei comandi vocali con Android.
