Good combination of ingredients and NSF certified from a high quality brand. It is effective for stress support. It has a very DV of B vitamins that helps with stress and fatigue management, but take early so it doesn’t interfere with sleep.

This is a good supplement, probably most useful as an addition to a good multivitamin. It's easy to swallow, odorless, and flavorless. I ended up skipping a couple of other supplements since this one already contains what I was taking. All told, this is a good combination of general support ingredients.

I've been taking these for the last 30 days or so. i don't take other supplements. to be honest its hard to say if this stuff works good or not. i had no side effects. i did notice a general boost in productivity over the last 30 days but its hard to say if its this or not. its like i have more energy through out the day. i don't find myself spacing out at much. not sure if that's related. haven't lost weight. cant say if its a good value or not. i will say i seem to recover faster after a hard day of work

Solid mood/stress support blend that includes a blend of botanicals and vitamins. I like that the extracts are standardized, and also clearly itemized instead of being hidden in a "proprietary" formula. The capsules are easy to take and didn't cause any stomach upset for me, though I didn't love having to take 3 for a serving. I ended up taking two per day instead (split AM/PM) and it works well enough for me in combination with KSM-66 that I take separately anyway. Also has the side benefit of making the bottle last longer for better value.

Got this for my mom who is over 70 and she told me after taking this her insomnia is getting worse. Not quite sure if its related, but just in case you are senior and have difficulty to fall asleep then be cautious to take adrenal flow products. I would not say this product is bad, designs for health is really a brand for quality and clean ingredient list. Just not a match for my mom. Just a review for your reference.

As a 50 yr old mom of 9 kids, I am always on the lookout for good adrenal support supplements. I had never heard of the company Designs for Sport before but when doing some research on them I was impressed with their commitment to quality and testing (tested for purity and potency) and their transparency about their products. They have research sheets with listed studies and info on every product they make. As for the supplement … they are easy to swallow capsules that come in a glass bottle. It contains most of the heavy hitters when it comes to adrenal support. And the B vitamins included (riboflavin and B6) are active forms. Overall I can’t think of anything I would change about this supplement.

The Adrenal Flow supplement from Designs for Sport is made from some of the best ingredients for supporting adrenal health. I've experienced adrenal fatigue during a number of seasons in life and have had excellent success in supporting the rest and recovery needed using these same ingredients. I trust this brand completely as I've used many of their supplements over the years under the Designs for Health brand of the company. I've been using this supplement daily for two weeks and I've noticed a gradual "flattening" of my extreme symptoms typical of adrenal fatigue - I've had better sleep, increasing daily recovery numbers on my health and fitness accessory, and increasingly sustained energy lasting further into the day over time. I highly recommend this brand and this product for anyone who is struggling with adrenal fatigue. Give it time to see results as your body recovers day by day.
