It’s perfect solution for period cramps. I heat it up on the microwave for 60 seconds and it lasts for around 1-2 hours. The soft material is good quality and it is also weighed because it has some sort of seeds or lavender inside that make it more comfy and effective. What I also like is that you can remove the outside fabric and it is washable
