states automatic, yet states analog display....does watch have sweep second hand?

Watch is "Automatic" so it does not have a battery to power the movement. Self winding rotor you can see through the back of the watch, provides the power with the movement of your wrist. It does have a smooth moving second hand. I am happy with this watch and definitely recommend it. Excellent price too.

Increible

El reloj es increíble , es mi primer Seiko y mi primer reloj automático y vaya que no puedo estar más satisfecho, los acabados son muy buenos , el material muy premium. Estuve algo indeciso al inicio entre el orient kamasu, citizen fugu o este Seiko SRDP59 de la línea Seiko 5. Las fotos no le hacen justicia, este Seiko es increíble.

My first Seiko!

Beautiful orange dial, great sunburst effect, crisp lumed hands and embassy's. I removed the bracelet and replaced it with a black silicone and stitched orange threading. I gotta say looks much better than that stainless steel strap it came with. This is my first intro into the mechanical watch hobby, and I love this Seiko 5 sports watch with the Orange dial. Such a beautiful design!

Fantastic Value in a Fun Precision Timepiece

Fantastic timepiece, keeps perfect time. The orange dial is “Happy” while it doesn’t take itself as seriously as my Rolex, Panerai, Cartier and Jaeger it is a solid workhorse performer. Fantastic value. Highly recommended
