Ordered this many times from Amazon but not sure if it came from the same vendor. This time as usual, ordered the dark brown. The color when I applied it was black. Within 3-5 minutes, it was so black that I panicked and washed it off. Now my hair is black. It also stained my skin that the dark brown one never does. The dark brown also never stains my hand like this one did. I want to replace this with a dark brown but afraid I may not get the color I want. Will return. Will search who previously mfd/shipped to me and order from the same place. If this came from the same vendor, will not reorder or replace.

I was honestly surprised by how well this hair dye shampoo worked! It was so much easier than using traditional hair dye—just apply it like shampoo, wait the recommended time, and rinse. The color came out even, covered my gray hairs beautifully, and left my hair looking shiny and feeling soft instead of dry.

I might just be dumb, but what in the world is this hair cap doing? This little baby condom is supposed to cover my whole head? Anyway, the shampoo works fine. It covers well but burns my head immediately when I apply it. There was an insufficient amount of gloves and the hair caps are made for smurfs.

Ultimately, the dye does work and gives very good Grey coverage. With that being said, this is not an easy product to use. It comes in a very elegant opaque container, but a transparent squeeze bottle would serve the purpose so much better. Instructions say to shake the bottle well. The product comes out of the bottle as a clear gel and a dark gel. They’re not mixed together ,they are separated. The problem is there’s very little of the dark gel that comes out. It’s mostly the clear gel which will not dye your hair. I timed myself shaking it for five full minutes and it barely produced any dark gel. I pumped it into a small tray that I had to mix it and apply it to my hair. Application is messy to say the least. Also, although I am just applying to my gray roots, there is not enough to do the back of my head, only the front of my head from ear to ear across the top. It sounded like there was more product in the bottle, but I could not get it to pump out. If I decide to use this again I will need to buy two bottles just to do the roots. The product also dries out the hair significantly so I would recommend buying a heavy duty conditioner and using it whenever you shampoo following the treatment. The only reason why I purchased this was because it supposedly has only natural ingredients, but the process is not your regular at home hair coloring experience. One last thing it does stain sinks doors, etc. and the stain does not come out. Use very cautiously. Suggestions to the manufacture: ditch the fancy bottle, use a transparent squeeze bottle with a pointed tip and put more product in it.

For years I've been searching for natural hair dye. Well, I finally found this brand, and it is a blessing. I've tried other natural hair dyes, but this one is the very best. The ingredients are all natural, it doesn't dry out my hair, it leaves the hair soft enough, though I do use conditioners; the fragrances are very delicate, barely there and it's a great value for the money, one bottle lasts for 2 to 3 hair dyes. So, it's less expensive than the other brands. I've purchases this many times and will continue. The best part is my health; I am free of the chemicals that are in regular hair dye that can cross into the body through the scalp transdermally.

Easy to use, leaves hair soft, effective colour coverage, reasonably priced. Still assessing longevity!

Not happy at all, the pump doesn’t work, while pumping only the white mix comes out not the black mix, and I cannot send it back, that was a wast of money.
