The bags that we received expired in about 5-6 weeks from the day we received therm. So if you order 40 bags and usually go threw that amount in 6 weeks you are OK.

Q: i have ordered 4 boxes and each time expiration date was only about 3 weeks out and tasted old ! my question is why ????

Due to the weather, things get worse prematurely due to overheating.

Q: How can I check the date on this b4 ordering?

All orders are shipped fresh, most cases have a min of 45 days code on them however chips do not have an expiry date.

Q: My entire box of chips came expired. They were received after the expiration date.

I would contact Amazon for a replacement.
