マグネシウムの入浴剤が気になっていて、こちらの商品を購入しました。日本語のレビューがないため少し不安もありましたが、海外の方のレビューも大変参考になりました。（最近日本で発売スタートしたのでしょうか？） こちらの商品をお風呂に入れて、20-30分入ったところ、お風呂から出ても体がずっとポカポカでとても気持ちよかったです。様々な入浴剤を試している妻も、他のものに比べてもポカポカ効果が長い気がする、と気に入っています。 マグネシウムは安眠などの健康効果もあると聞いたので、継続して使用してみたい。 写真も貼ってみましたが、きちんと日本語の成分表示も書いてありました。日本でも人気になりそうな感じがします。

普段から冷え性な上、妊娠中によく足が攣ってしまい悩んでいたところ、こちらのマグネシウム入浴剤が良いとおすすめされたので使用してみました。 まず…お風呂を出た後もしばらく身体がぽかぽかしてとても気持ちが良いです。 入浴中にマッサージもしてみたところ、肩凝りや足の攣りにも効果があったように思います。 普通の入浴剤と比べてわりと良い値段ですが、使用後の満足度が高いので、週に何回かのご褒美タイムに使おうと思います。

商品自体は匂いがしませんが、湯船に100gを入れたあと、病院のような匂いがしました。。

If you are looking for something to add to your foot soaking experience, this is very fragrant and the magnesium seems to help relax and renew tired painful feet. I just shared a foot soak experience with my husband. He soaked his feet first for ten minutes and I could tell this softened and got rid of some dry skin on his feet. When I used it I noticed my feet were not in pain while walking around right afterwards. The scent of the essentials oils are heavenly really duplicating a forest atmosphere. The bag just sitting in my bedroom on a shelf scented the whole area after I had just opened it and then closed it up again. So the quality of the essential oils in this magnesium mixture is very high! I will get this again, especially for the pain relief! I am not a doctor, nor is this review medical advice. I made sure I ordered as pure a form as possible because I also drink it to purify the cells of my body. I mix 60g of magnesium chloride with 1 l of water and I drink 200ml of the solution everyday for 5 days. This is a French habit I inherited from my mother and it has always worked a treat for me. I can't guarantee that Ancient Minerals Magnesium Chloride will work for everybody in terms of oral consumption but it does for me, so consume at your own risk! I also use this for my foot baths and it leaves my feet all soft and reenergized. I am just about to reorder a pack actually!

If you have used Epsom salt for healing infections or for soaking - move up to magnesium salts. You use less and it honestly makes a huge difference for healing & muscle/joint pain. Can't live without it! Remember to NOT rinse off. If you're dirty, shower first to get clean then run the bathtub to soak. 1 handful is plenty. It's WAY more expensive but totally worth it.
