This gum is great! It does exactly what it promises--delivers a jolt of caffeine in a minty fresh chewing gum. The caffeine hits a bit quicker than a cup of coffee, more like you chugged your drink instead of sipping it. I love a good cup of coffee for leisurely mornings, but I prefer this gum for mornings when I'm up early to workout. Chew it while I'm getting dressed, and I'm energized and ready to go by the time I'm getting in the car. Coffee is a no go for me before the gym, dehydrating and it upsets my stomach. I've also replaced my late night energy drinks with this gum when stuck I'm working late. It's a good amount of caffeine, enough to wake me up but not enough to give me the jitters. I have pretty much replaced small cans of redbull 1:1 with a piece of this gum. The spearmint flavor is good. The gum does get a little bitter after a couple minutes, as noted by other reviewers, but I didn't think it was that bad, or really even that noticeable. Not nearly enough to make me want to spit it out or stop using this gum. I chew a lot of regular sugar free gum as well, which I have noticed can also can taste a little bitter after the flavor fades. If you're not paying attention, you probably won't really notice it at all. The bitter flavor fades and then its just like normal gum.

Small amount of gum per piece so usually can't chew longer than 15 minutes. 100mg is good when needed although I am usually preferring product 50mg or less per piece. Not individually wrapped / sealed like other product so some odour does get out once pack is opened. Yes - I will likely purchase again when current quantity runs out. Will last me well over a year as I'm also using other caffeine gums.
