As expected. On Time, what was advertise. Can't complain. This is my favorite Electrolyte powder.

I use them whenever I am on fasting. I used to have headaches and feeling lethargic due to electrolyte imbalance. But since I take them, I feel better. However, I don't drink it everyday. I only have it depending on my activity for the day.

The package has strong laundry softener smell on it! Even the EMNT packets inside the box! I can’t consume this. I ordered unflavored but it comes scented with strong fabric softener smell!! I’m so disappointed!

I've tried several electrolyte products, and LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes (Raw Unflavored) has become one of my favorites. It’s basically salt. I bought this expensive electrolyte because I didn’t like the flavour of salt in my water and now got exactly the same. Do not recommend this flavour. The other flavours might taste better but not recommended while on ketosis.

This is the only electrolyte drink mix I use - specifically unflavored. I typically add one packet to 30oz of chilled/cold water and it easily dissolves but I would recommend stirring well for a couple of seconds first or you can get a super strong salty taste for the first few sips. I think from a health stand point, clean electrolytes like this are very important, but for someone on a budget the price point is slightly steep. If you're going to spend the money, this is the brand to do it with. I only take one packet a day, so this box lasts for a month. I also do thoroughly enjoy the taste, and it's much easier and quicker to drink my water when I add one of these packet to my water bottle and it keep it with me through out the day.
