I have done many, many miniatures through the years, but this build was one I never should have attempted. I don't know what the scale is, but it's definitely not 1:24. I gave it 4 stars because the kit was complete; nothing missing, even included 2 tubes of glue, a tube of white pigment, paint brush and batteries. The instructions were perfect, really the best I've seen in a long time, and th fact that I was able to complete the build, even though it didn't turn out as I would have hoped. The roof doesn't stay down, for one and I am sure it is because of the hinges. They need to be glued on. I tried both types of glue in the kit and they didn't work. I finally used Gorilla super glue, but still is not properly aligned. Also, the hanging plants in the atrium were impossible to work with, even using tweezers. I felt like a mental patient working much of this kit.

The box arrived with all of the parts. I did need to go buy super glue, tweezers and an exacto knife. It was a nice craft to work on throughout the week as someone with PTSD and schizophrenia. Things were small and it was difficult to get it perfect but that just makes it look like a lived in and well loved home. I paired it with 1:24 size people from Hobby Lobby. I received several compliments. My favorite part to put together was the plant room.

I finally completed the build but it was quite a task because of the size. The site I purchased mine from did not disclose the size of this house but some other sites showed it to be 1:24 scale which isn't even close as it is clearly much smaller. The instructions were awful but I managed to figure it out. All of the pieces were there and the finished product is darling. If you have the patience, it worth it but the furniture is sooo small.

I have built close to 60 miniatures. This one is exceptionally small even smaller then a 1:144 scale. Its pretty sturdy, instructions are somewhat confusing. I wouldn't recommend for first time builders, wiring in this one is fairly easy only 3 LEDs to attach. I made a few modifications with the plants in the atrium, those small hanging pots were ridiculously small even for more experienced builders
