I didn’t see a lot of difference. I didn’t use it a lot because it hurt behind the back of my ears a lot when I tried to wear it for even a little bit.

Don’t buy. Have not been told more than once that have a big head and this is one size fits all. The fabric does not stretch as advertised and when do manage to pull it, it feels really uncomfortable after 5 minutes. It also does not reach the chin area so cannot do job intended. Want to return, thank you
