It's really nice, it come with safe, function well, track work out and fit my armrest as well. Friendly use which connect with their apps. Only things that we need pay yearly membership fees.

Spendy but well worth every $.
I purchased this for myself as I am working toward a more healthful life and it was recommended by family members. At first, I struggled with the annual subscription $; however, after using it for over a month now, I am amazed at the amount of data and recommendations for improvements in my health. It even has what is called "Healthspan" which predicts your actual age versus chronologic age based on your health data. Each day, the user is able to recieve a summary of past 24 hours as well as what improvements can be made in the future to positively affect the user's Healthspan.I had Fitbits for at least at least 13 years and this is an absolute game changer! Well worth the $$ based on the changes I have already been able to make in just over a month's time. It is recommended to keep the tracker on at all times, including showering. It is a bit awkward recharging because the charger actually is applied to the tracker and it charges while you are on the move (I didn't know this at first).I did change the original mesh wristband for a silicone replacement because I didn't like wearing a wet band after showering. This is only a personal preference and I don't think it should be considered a negative to the overall product, but feel others should be aware. Finally, similar to Fitbit, there are communities which the user can join to encourage improvement. You can also create a new community as my family did, so we can compete against each other while obtaining positive health benefits. New communities can be shared with others by simply sending a code and, again, very easy. In my opinion this is a very well made product that can definitely lead to improved health and wellness!

Buyer beware. Really cool idea, but died after 3 weeks.... No idea when it will be replaced.
Totally excited to order this tracker (WHOOP 5.0) and the all the metrics it tracks and the AI interface in the app. make it seems you have a full time assist reviewing your daily steps, sleep, heart rate, etc. Once it arrived, I immediately downloaded the app and connected via bluetooth. Ok, I will break down the good and the bad:The Good:1. Great battery life and easy to recharge while wearing it. No screen obviously helps with this long battery life2. The application is very intuitive and it appears they are continuing on improving it.3. The AI assistant to give you insights with all your metrics and gives you recommendations on how you can improve your sleep, HR, and overall health.4. The built in Journal is really handy to track your overall habits.Ok, now the Bad....1. No screen. This was obvious when I ordered, but coming from a Fitbit, just something you need to get used to.2. Some of the metrics take weeks to unlock, so you need to be patient for those features, such as whats your WHOOP fitness age vs. actual age.3. $399.00 every year...4. The BIG ONE!!!!!!! My $399.00 WHOOP worked great for 3 weeks, then stopped tracking my sleep. After a couple nights of this, the built AI assistant recommended I shut off the blueotooth and re-connect. That did nothing. Next was to reset the unit. That did nothing. Basically without it tracking your sleep, it didn't switch to the next day, so know all the my metrics were messed up. Example, my daily steps are usually 14K. It was know showing as 28K per day.So I contacted customer support... After they made me send photos proving how I was wearing it, then finally agreed after several days that the unit needed to be replaced. No kidding. As of today, I am 15 days without my unit working, and no ship date on when a replacement will be sent to me. All they told me is they have a lot of new orders. I really don't care about, take care of your existing clients first. So, buyer beware.

Nice! Pricy though
I got this for my husband for Christmas. He loves it. He loves how it tracks more detailed information than say an Apple Watch or Fitbit. He says it is comfortable and overall really enjoys it.

Great for your health goals
I’ve been using the WHOOP Strap 5.0 for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the most insightful fitness tools I’ve ever used. What sets it apart is the focus on recovery, sleep, and strain—not just steps or calories. The daily recovery score has been a game changer for knowing when to push hard and when to dial it back. It’s helped me train smarter instead of just harder. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed, breaking down everything from sleep stages to how well you actually recovered overnight. I also love that it gives practical recommendations, not just data. The band itself is comfortable enough to wear 24/7, and the battery pack system is super convenient since you can charge it without taking it off.Only downside is the subscription model, but honestly, if you’re serious about fitness, it’s worth it for the level of insight you get.Overall, highly recommend—especially if you want to understand your body better and improve performance and recovery.

A year of use before writing this ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
After nearly a year of use, I can confidently say this is the gold standard for nervous system and recovery monitoring. It’s far more insightful than any smartwatch I’ve owned, helping you understand not just how hard you’ve trained, but whether your body is truly recovered and ready for more. The data provides valuable guidance on recovery, strain, and overall readiness—especially for those who benefit from objective feedback rather than relying solely on how they feel. The annual membership is included with the purchase tier, so it’s best viewed as an investment in your health rather than another monthly bill. Battery life lasts for days, charging is seamless without removing the device, and the band is comfortable, adjustable, washable, and easy to forget you’re even wearing.

Everything This Thing Can Do, Something Else Can Do Better
I wrote a full review for this item before the Amazon app glitched and I lost a full page of notes. I'm not going to go through that trouble again, but you NEED to know one thing before purchasing:Whatever this thing can do, something else can do better. The only "up" this has on other wearables is the battery life--which is great.Everything else is outperformed by competitors. I had a Samsung Watch 5 Pro that could tell me what exercise I was doing (lifting weights, walking, napping, etc.) at all times. This Whoop asks you what exercise you were doing, and if it's not on the list then you can't enter it on your own. Taking a shower? This device will think you were swimming.Blood pressure monitoring? It's a fake. If you go to the trouble of using an actual cuff and enter manual readings, the Whoop can give you a good estimate. That estimate is based on analyzing your activity and other metrics, though, not on actually measuring your bp. Blood sugar was teased as a possible function in the future. There's no way this thing could do this accurately in this version.Accessories like new bands have to be purchased in the Whoop store. I had to spend $50.00 for a brown fabric band because nothing was available from retailers. Want a custom band or something nicer? You're gonna have to pay big.Battery life is great. You'll get 14 to 16 days every time. That was an important consideration when making this purchase and it's the only thing that has impressed me.The app and the user interface is clunky and uncompromising. There's no way to customize the display or rearrange widgets that I have been able to find.I bought this item to replace a Samsung Watch 5 Pro because I needed something with better battery life. I got it. Absolutely nothing else is better after three months (plus) with the Whoop.Save your money and spend it on something better.

WHOOP 5.0/MG Activity Tracker Life Model
Deep Performance Insights in a Sleek Package, with a Few Trade-Offs.The WHOOP 5.0/MG Activity Tracker Life Model is clearly designed for people who want to understand their bodies on a deeper level rather than just count steps or close daily rings. This isn’t a traditional smartwatch, and it doesn’t try to be. Instead, WHOOP positions itself as a long-term performance and recovery tool, and in that role, it does an impressive job.One of WHOOP’s biggest strengths is how well it turns complex health data into meaningful insights. It continuously tracks metrics like heart rate variability, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, sleep stages, and overall strain, then ties everything together into daily recovery scores. Over time, patterns begin to emerge, and that’s where WHOOP really shines. You start to see how sleep quality, stress, alcohol, workouts, and rest days affect your performance. It feels less like a gadget and more like a coach quietly taking notes in the background.Sleep tracking is especially strong. WHOOP doesn’t just tell you how long you slept, but how well you slept, breaking it down into stages, disturbances, and consistency. The daily sleep recommendations feel personalized and useful, especially if you’re trying to improve recovery or maintain a demanding training schedule. I also appreciated the journaling feature, which helps connect habits to performance trends over time. The hardware itself is lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear 24/7. It doesn’t feel bulky or intrusive, even during sleep or intense workouts. Battery life is solid, and the charging system allows you to charge while wearing it, which is surprisingly convenient and encourages consistent use. That said, the WHOOP ecosystem isn’t for everyone. The subscription model is a major consideration and may be a dealbreaker for some, especially when compared to trackers that offer most features without ongoing fees. Additionally, the lack of a screen means you’ll rely heavily on the app for feedback. While the app is well-designed and informative, it’s not ideal if you want quick, glanceable stats during workouts or throughout the day. There are also no smartwatch-style features like notifications, GPS, or music controls, which limits versatility.Overall, the WHOOP 5.0/MG Life Model excels at what it’s designed to do: provide deep, actionable insights into recovery, strain, and overall health. It’s not a replacement for a smartwatch, and it requires commitment to both wearing it consistently and paying for the subscription. Still, for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone serious about understanding their body’s signals, it earns a strong 4-star rating as a focused and intelligent performance tracker.
