Yes, even with this product, your bag can start shifting down your leg. But what do you expect when you unknowingly fill up a 2,000ml bag with your piss in a few hours. So if you find yourself in this situation, get one of these and a belt to go with it. They sell a good one somewhere on this site.

The product details say that it can hold the bag, even a full one, without any issue. There were videos to show it. I was skeptical about such claim. however I was looking for a sleeve or fabric cover in between my thigh and the bag for better comfort. This definitely did the job by fitting well and staying in place on my thigh. Since there was no bag, the sleeve did not move or roll down much. I did not try to put the bag inside the sleeve as I was not convinced that it will stay. I could be wrong, but it met my requirement to act as as barrier.

Great product. Holds the leg bags in place; easy on and off. Half the time I don’t remember I’m wearing them. They breathe so your skin doesn’t get sweaty. I’ve worn them all day and all night with no problem. I’m purchasing more.

The absolute most comfortable bag holder I’ve tried. BUTThe normal long bag doesn’t work. The pear / apple bag works good.The pocket is a thin gause like fabric that is difficult to work with and the whole unit slides down my leg and bunches up the bag. This only happens when I move. The hole at the bottom is difficult to use or even findI gave it a 3 because a normal person would get the right stuff and it would work as advertised.

Difficult to empty the bag without getting it wet. It kept sliding down the leg till it was actually around the ankle. Also flimsy material.

Definitely NOT worth the money. When bag is installed in the sleeve, the tension of the sleeve does not allow the catheter bag to expand, therefore urine backs up into bladder instead of draining into bag. Just a note: my person has bag on his lower leg. Not sure the holder would work better on thigh.

This is a good way to hold a catheter bag which is comfortable for the user,I have ordered several.
