Está muy práctico porque se le quita el mango y se guarda fácilmente sin que ocupe mucho espacio.La cuchilla se tarda un poco en intercambiar entre la de 10 mm y la de 7 mm, pero vale la pena porque da mucha seguridad a la hora de cortar.La limpieza es un poquito complicada porque está grande el equipo y hay que tener cuidado con la cuchilla. Pero vale la pena porque las papas salen todas de la misma proporción y entonces el cocimiento es parejo.Me pareció un muy buen equipo.

I LOVE this thing. It makes cutting French fries SO easy. You could easily cut a 10lb bag of potatoes in less then 10 minutes (after washing/inspection) and they come out perfect every time. It is surprising easy to use once assembled and takes very little force to cut the potatoes. It is perfect for making quick French fries for dinner or meal prepping purposes. The blades are VERY sharp so be careful to not have your fingers in the way when using this potato slicer. I haven't tried it with anything but russet potatoes yet but I could see this easily cutting sweet potatoes or even big carrots after you cut them in half to fit the machine. If you have giant, long potatoes you may need to cut them in half to fit them in but I only had to do that with two out of a 10lb bag. It will take up some space in the cabinet or wherever yo in decide to store it bc it is rather large but if you take the handle off it when storing that will help.
