This is a great ramen base that is super low effort to make. I can quickly make myself a single serving, and it is difficult to mess up. It's obviously not as cheap as glutenous ramen, but for being gluten-free, its price is alright. I've also been pleasantly surprised by how the ramen doesn't fall apart, which appears to be common among other gluten-free pasta. I would highly recommend also buying a seasoning powder for flavor.

I purchased these a while back and just now made a gluten free ramen dish for my husband who has allergies. I thought for sure they would be gross but they were so good. They are just like the regular ramen but so much better. They are not overly processed, natural ingredients, gluten free, UNseasoned so they are not full of sodium, really , if you looks at the sodium levels in regular ramen, it's crazy. Now I get to try and perfect my own seasoning. Plus they can be used for just about any kind of noodle or pasta dish. My husband is picky, he actually said they taste just like regular ramen. At two dollars a pack, they are NOT that expensive , especially when you consider they are much healthier for you. I hope you continue to make these just as they are . Thank you for a yummy, fantastic product. Oh, just follow the instructions, don't over cook them, and they will come out just right.

Overall: For being gluten free, I'm very impressed. You can use these noodles pretty much however you would use normal instant ramen, though the cook times are different. Pros: Good flavor without being overly salty. Holds it's shape after cooking. Has the "bite" you'd expect from ramen noodles. Cooks fast and easy. Portion size is comparable to traditional instant noodles, so you can use these interchangeably with most recipes. Cons: Noodles are a little thinner than I'd like. No included flavoring, so you'll need to either know how to make a ramen stock or have some sort of instant packet separately. Attached photo is a soup of vegetable stock, tamari, hondashi, and gochujang. Instant vegetable mix-ins, fried red bell pepper, egg sunny side up, and spam slices.

This product approximates the taste and mouth feel of regular ramen. The quality is generally good, but I found it a bit difficult to separate the noodles while preparing them.
