Life changing
I have extremely high and difficult pms! Like i have a whole different personality and it sucks! I found this and it changed me! I am more calm, I can function, and I am happy with myself during pms week(s)!! It has a little taste to it but you swallow the pills and it’s gone. I would definitely recommend if you suffer with horrible pms.
