The chair is quite large but very comfortable

I absolutely love this chair and being able to use it to sit in so many different body positions. However, it’s very expensive for the quality as I’ve had some of the parts come out and need to re-install (with about 6 months of consistent use) so it’s a little unstable. It was fairly easy to assemble, but I did need to look up a video online to complete it since the written instructions provided were unclear.

Ich hatte große Erwartungen an den Meditation Chair PRO, wurde aber leider enttäuscht. Der Stuhl kam bereits bei der Lieferung mit sichtbaren Flecken auf dem Bezug an – bei einem Produkt in dieser Preisklasse absolut inakzeptabel. Für das, was geboten wird, ist der Stuhl meiner Meinung nach deutlich überteuert. Zusätzlich war der Kundenservice leider nicht hilfreich: Trotz der offensichtlichen Mängel wurde mir kein faires Entgegenkommen angeboten. Keine Ersatzlieferung, ein inakzeptabler Preisnachlass – einfach nur die Möglichkeit zur Rücksendung. Für mich ist das kein kundenorientierter Umgang mit Reklamationen. Ich habe den Stuhl daher zurückgeschickt und würde ihn weder weiterempfehlen noch erneut bestellen. Weder Qualität noch Service konnten überzeugen.

Not comfortable. I regret buying this product. Cool to move, but not to sit for a long time. Which I could return it.

Update: They sent a replacement back and knob and so far (about a week at this point) the back is staying up, as designed. I will update the review if it breaks again! I paid extra for the adjustable back because I am a tall person. After a couple weeks of use, the back falls down at the slightest pressure (I am not leaning against the back of the chair, it falls on its own). I emailed the seller, told them about the design flaw, and they said they would send me a new tightening knob. I told them they could but it would not solve the design flaw- they never responded or sent the knob. I do not recommend buying the adjustable seat chair. I gave two stars because I really like the chair, but the back not staying at the height I need leads to back pain. This chair is too expensive for these types of problems.
