Mine came in a plain white box.

How do I get the factory band off of it? I purchased a leather band for the watch and would like to change it out with the factory band.

The band is held in place with spring loaded pins. You will need a small tool to push the pin in. The pin has a small shoulder that you can get a bit of leverage on. Magnification helps. I use a jewelers visor.

Does this come with the original box and original papers?

Yes, it comes in the original box with instruction papers in Russian.
