I ordered it on a whim because I could receive it through next day shipping. I had been outside for much of the night before alternating between the cold night air and warming myself by a fire and it left my lips chapped, painful and peeling. I got this lip mask the nest day and immediately put some on. Within 2-3 hours my lips felt 100% again. I've been using it regularly since then and it really does what it says. It leaves lips hydrated, plumped and soft and one use repairs many issues. It doesn't just work while it's on your lips, it actually fixes the issue. It also has a very good flavor and doesn't leave a nasty taste in your mouth if you accidentally get some on your tongue.
