Solaray Vitamin D3 + K2 | D & K Vitamins for Calcium 120 Count

Since I started taking this, my joint pains has gone. This is best paired with Magnesium Glycinate. I take these two while I'm on carnivore diet. It helps me big time.

同じビタミン含有量でも、メーカーごとに必ず効き目に違いはあると思う。その点でソラレーは少し高めだがその分効果あるメーカーだと思う。

120 vegcapsと書いてあるのですが、60vegcapsでした、上に120と貼ってある、詐欺です、最悪。

Llevo un tiempo tomando este combo de D3 + K2 de Solaray y la verdad es que estoy muy contento. Me las recomendó mi nutricionista porque la vitamina D se absorbe mucho mejor si va acompañada de la K2, y me parece supercómodo tener ambas en una sola cápsula. Si buscas un suplemento efectivo para los meses con poco sol o simplemente para reforzar los huesos y las defensas, estas van de lujo. Repetiré seguro cuando se me acaben.

Son muy buenas estas vitaminas

My vitamin D levels have been very low for over 15 years. Even after taking different brands of D3. Started taking D3 from Solaray during covid and within the first year and a half of taking this brand my doctor told me to take it every other day as my levels were on the high side. All my vitamins are the Solaray brand.

I take this brand/concentration daily & can keep my Vit D level at mid normal range which is where I want it. Without supplementation, my results are well below normal. I've tried a couple of other brands & found them not as reliable in getting my level mid normal range.
