All our sauces are farm to bottle. So they are fresh, clean ingredients, no extracts. We pack and ship everything from our home-warehouse in North Carolina. **Q: Does this sauce have any extracts in it** A: No. We do not use extracts in any of our sauces. If Dave's insanity sauce is a 10/10 heat level (pure pain), then this I'd rate at 7 or 8 heat level, similar to melindas ghost pepper heat, ever so slightly hotter. Bottle came in a small box and perfectly intact.
