Cuisinart is the gold standard in food processing and this copper one is just stunning. Let’s face it, appliances tucked away are a pain to have to log out of the cupboard to use. This attractive model enhances your countertop and is right there ready to use! Any well equipped kitchen has a FP and now we have one that looks as good as it works!

The motor is great, purrs like a kitten. I made nut butter, whipped sweet potatoes, and ground carrots with no problem. The blades are perfectly sharp and feel well made. However, the cheap plastic material of the bowl, lid, and pusher is a sad commentary on a once great brand. And then there's the design flaw. The locking mechanism of the pusher, where it inserts into the lid, is completely contained in terms of cleaning it. You can't clean inside the housing of the lid, you can't dry it if you manage to get water inside to rinse it. Now that I've used it, I would have bought another, much cheaper brand.

This food processor is gorgeous and very useful . I gave it to my husband for Father’s Day. He loves the look and the quality. He said the ease of operation was great. It will help in his cooking abilities, especially when he makes dough. The size is very impressive. We expected it to be super large, but it is the size of most large food processors. Plus the copper color was perfect.

300 hundred dollars and no dough blade. no good business in my opinion. ALready owned one of these and I like it.
