I have tried so many different braces, ice oa is, heat packs and therapies while I wait for my knee replacement and I can honestly say this is the first thing I have bought that I have used more than once or twice. It's good quality the feel of it againstvmy skin is so comfortable and the Velcro and elastic hold it in the right place on my knee and it doesn't slip or move about.

This product is pretty decent. It a bit fuzzy on the inside, which makes comfortable and it’s fits snuggly. It last about 30 mins before almost room temperature. Prior to that, the coldness might be a bit intense for the first 5 mins or so.

I was delighted while browsing to come across this knee support with straps that can either be placed in microwave or freezer for a hot or cold pack, it's a great idea and not expensive, I have had a knee replacement and would definitely recommend to anyone with similar problems

Provided me such a great relief post-op (ACL & meniscus), my tight is on the larger side and it fits perfectly. Really appreciate the inner fabric layer which helps not getting the bandages wet as opposed to traditional ice packs.

I have been using it for about month, after my acl reconstruction. Works amazing, well designed straps system. It won't slip down even if you walk with it. Would recommend to anyone who needs ice compress on their knee.

This ice pack is effective and comfortable to wear but it can be a bit fiddly getting the straps in the right place initially
