The media could not be loaded. Perfect fit for our bathroom window. Images are exactly as they appear. They took extra effort to confirm size, ensuring we got the right fit. If I had to find one negative, it's that when I do have to charge the motor, it requires me to grab an extension cord. But, doing that once every 6 months is no big deal.

These were exactly what I was looking for. Easy to measure and order and easy to install/hang. We love them and really elevated our home from the cheap looking builder grade plastic blinds.

Blinds material and quality is great!We have a big sliding door with window panel in our kitchen projector space that needed blackout to get a nice viewing experience of our projector for movie nights. We really like how easy it was to install and chose the beautiful Bamboo Natural Woven Wood Blind variation.At first we were hesitant given the cost so we asked many questions and customer service was very responsive and helpful. We decided to order just one side to see if we like it and ended up loving them so placed a separate order for the other side a few weeks later. We love the different charging options, and did power plug in on one side due to the sliding door moving side not working with the solar panel (shown in pic) and used the handy solar option for the door stationary window right side. The remote was easy to setup and the shades were simple to pair to our Alexa and Google devices.We highly recommend these if they fit in your budget. We will add additional to our bedrooms at one point since the spouse works night shift. We had been using the temporary blackout sheets with the nano tape in the past which has worked fine just much more luxurious and convenient with these, highly recommended! The media could not be loaded. I love these blinds! Installation was very easy. Putting the blinds on one channel was simple, plus each blind has it’s own channel if I want to raise or lower just one. Jason in customer service was there every step of the way, helping me with measurements (they fit perfectly) to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and was happy with them. No matter the question Jason was there to help! One of the blinds did have a problem and we worked out a solution, and the blind was replaced no problem. If you are looking for blinds like these I would highly recommend this company!

Blind is beautiful and functions exactly as advertised. My husband said it was the best Amazon purchase we have made. He is thrilled with it.

It was easy to install. The shade didn't finish going to the end when using the remote. I contacted smartwings. They got back to me right away. They showed me a picture of what it might be. The ropes were around the rod part. Probably happened during shipping. I was able to fix it easily and it works perfectly and it is beautiful!
