I was delighted to find this vintage copy to tuck into the Romertopf I bought one of my kids. Some of their best meals growing up were cooked in a Romertopf clay pot...they'd come home from school and exclaim, "Oh good, a Romertopf dinner!" This is a great recipe book for getting you started at adapting your recipes to cooking in a clay pot with the higher temperature, shorter cooking times. A must for anyone using a clay pot!

While somewhat dated, it has the best chicken curry recipe ever

This is a great book. My family loves the recipes I use from it.

I was convinced for health reasons to buy a 4.1 quart Romertopf clay pot with lid for cooking. Then I was lost because I had no idea how to use it! This cookbook is a must to get maximum use of your clay pot. I highly recommend it.

Lots of useful recipes with some for slimming done but most are not for slimming and many require cream and other rich ingredients.

This is a very old book, I owned a copy in late 1970s. The inside cover states it was last sold for £1.65 ad a secondhand book. I assumed that I was purchasing an updated recently published version. This looks like an extremely bad deal
