Poor quality
Poor quality. One of the cups stopped working after a single recharge. No way to contact customer support for help. Guides on amazon are useless and don't help.

Would be great if worked more than 4 or 5 times
I actually like the design and multiple levels of use but one of the two quit working entirely and won't take a charge or turn on. It was probably used only 4 or 5 times. Hopefully the remaining one will last.

Quality?
Bought the two pack. After two uses one of the units would not produce suction. Update: Company contacted me and rectified the situation. Unexpected and satisfied with customer support!! One star review upgraded to 5 star!

These suckers unlocked my sore back!
Whenever a health product claims to "flush toxins," I immediately lose interest. But once my spouse told me about an article which explained how cupping releases tight fascia (connective tissue) beneath the skin, my interest got piqued. I've struggled with locked and sore portions of my back, shoulder, hips and thighs for years and years. I've had minor kyphosis (hunched back) since I was a kid, other minor chronic back soreness, and I stand most of the day for my work. Chiro, deep tissue massage therapy, stretching, and physical therapy have given me temporary relief in the past, but my knots are buried deep, and I haven't have the funds to pay for months and months of therapy. So, I tried the two cups on my left quads. My spouse suggested Mode 2 for 15 minutes, which is a lot for starters. Man, did that session hurt! Searing pain - it was like a knife. The results, however, made it SO worth it. For the first time in a decade, my thigh loosened up a very noticeable bit. So, I tried the cups in different spots on the thigh and achieved the same result. The rub is, once you loosen one muscle area, you notice tightness in the adjoining areas, too. Due to the human musculoskeletal system structure, if one muscle is out of normal position, other muscles have be out of place to compensate. The relief from cupping was so addicting, my spouse and I "fought" to use them that night. Since they are so affordable, I ordered two more two-packs. So, for less than the cost of one 60-minute massage, we can run six cups at a time to disrupt large sections of tight and sore muscles. I've been loosening up my back, shoulders, hips and thighs, and while the pain has been awful, the relief has been almost magical. Even after a week with six cups, though, my spouse and I still fight over who gets to use them, haha. Of course, one has to be careful not to use the cups too long, or in sensitive areas, and also give your body time to heal before cupping in the exact same spots again. The battery life is quite good, and for me, running the batteries out is a foolproof way to get myself to stop and recuperate. I would have easily given 5 stars, if it weren't for the fact there is no battery strength indicator. There's no way to tell how much juice is left in the battery, and that can be annoying to manage. Also, the USB-C ports sometimes feel wiggly, but these units are so affordable, it's not a big deal. Last, the included instructions are not as clear and comprehensive as I'd like, but I'm sure that's easily corrected in the near future.
