We have had a boring black Keurig. It looked kinda chubby and bloated, so, while there was nothing technically wrong with it, I figured I'd replace it with this cuter, take up way less space model. And no regrets! All I miss is the hum, HUM, hum of the old one, to be honest. We always had to fill the old one before using it; the reservoir wasn't all that big. So this seems perfect. But the instructions only talked about first time set-up, not daily use. We have the refillable metal cup. We dump and refill that between cups, and the second cup wasn't working. First, it was because we weren't waiting long enough. We didn't know the noises and lights and delay and stuff. Now we have the hang of that. But it does require a minimum of 6 oz of water to run at all, and that is apparently more weak than I like my coffee. I am used to stopping the coffee filling with a pretty small cup. More like espresso strength, I guess. It won't run at all with too little water. UPDATE: My husband had a steep learning curve with this machine. He is using it incorrectly. He gets frustrated and does all the wrong things. I just spent some time with him and here's where he goes wrong. 1. Does not add enough water. The light will flash a bit and then quit if you put in too little water. 2. Gets impatient and turns the power on and off. As a top reviewer pointed out, you need a little over a minute before it starts brewing. 3. Adds more water after turning it off too early. He hears it making weird noises and turns off the power button. If the lights are on or the machine is making noise, it is working. If neither is happening, you likely didn't add enough water, and now you are in a bit of a mess. In the case of not adding enough water, it seems like the water moves down from the filling reservoir and down into some kind of a heating area. You're now going to have to add more - probably at least 6 ounces, which is likely way more than you want or you'll get weak coffee - AND stay close and monitor the situation. It's important to let all the water drain out or you will leave the next person in line in trouble. Which brings me to: 4. He turns the machine off when his cup is filled to is liking. No no no! Do not ever do this. You can open the lid to pause it and take out the coffee pod if you like, and then get another cup under there and let the rest of the water drain out! You must clear it every time or the next person will wind up with an overflowing coffee mess. Because I live with him, I never leave it unattended just in case he did this. Another recent learning on this is which refillable cups to get. I had a few different brands, but the Keurig compatible ones are the way to go, and this Amazon listing also has great reviews with videos that helped me understand how to use them. This is the second one I have purchased The first one (teal colour) is still working great and is our kitchen upstairs.We also have a small kitchen in the basement which is why I bought a pink one. Easy to use. Takes up very little space. I do recommend!

Funciona bien, antes de comprar, pregunté si le quedaban cápsulas Dolce Gusto, me indicaron que si, e hice el intento, y si se puede, debes perforar con un destapacorcho la parte de abajo de la cápsula, un pequeño hoyo, para que pase bien el agua por la cápsula. Por ejemplo yo usé Te Chai, se usan dos cápsulas, entonces, pongo 6oz de agua primero y la 1era cápsula, y vuelvo a poner otras 6oz de agua, y la 2da cápsula, y funciona bien. Para cualquier bebida, recuerda como mínimo, poner 6 oz de agua, sino, no funciona la máquina. Esta super bien empacada, llega con cajas super bonitas y originales. Por aparte, compré dos compartimentos, para colocar las cápsulas. Y, estoy contenta, me gusta mucho el color y el tamaño.

Es bonita, practica, pero un poco lenta y en algunas ocasiones no sale el café aun cuando llene el depósito de agua y la succiona, la tengo que seguir llenando hasta que salga el café, el problema es que tengo que poner dos tazas porque se derrama de tanta agua que puse y obviamente las dos tazas saben muy rebajadas

This coffee maker was dirty , still had coffee grounds and water in it - when I tried to use it , it didn’t heat up - then it made a cup- and then I wasted 2 good Starbucks pods trying to get it to work again. What a waste of time and product!!!
