From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this was a high-quality, thoughtfully designed piece of equipment made for people who are serious about embroidery, whether for business or personal use. Ease of Setup & User-Friendly Design: The setup process was much smoother than I expected for such a powerful machine. The instructions were clear, and the learning curve wasn’t intimidating at all. Within a short time, I was able to thread the machine, load designs, and get it running. The large touchscreen display makes navigating settings and selecting designs incredibly easy. Even if you are newer to embroidery, the interface feels intuitive and user-friendly. Performance & Speed: This machine is an absolute workhorse! This is my honest review of the Poolin EOM. First off the price point, purchase and shipping was excellent! The machine arrived three days early. When I opened the box, everything was packaged well. The machine was missing the screws for the stand. I was able to purchase some at my local hardware store. Once I got the machine up and running, I soon realized it was missing the correct bar for the arms and I could only use the small hoops. After reaching out to my rep, he immediately shipped me the correct bar, which came about a week later. The only downside so far with this machine is the stand is short. As far as running and quality of the stitch, it is EXCELLENT! Tension was perfect! It runs smooth and quiet! I have 2 SWF machines and this one is so much quieter! I have stitched about 50 hats with ease. Like with any new machine there is a learning curve, but in no time it’s easy to figure out. Support has been excellent! So if you’re on the fence about buying this machine, just do it!!

Oh my gosh what a bargain this machine is. I have been in the market to replace my old flat bed Embroidery Machine and wanted something I could more easily do clothing and hats which you can't do very well on a flat bed machine. I was finding used machines for a little less than this new machine. This Machine provides so many additional extra supplies, the 15 needles, open free arm features I was looking at an amazing price. It is super heavy weight so it will take 2-3 people to get it moved where you want, (We used a Garden Cart or you can use a 4 wheel dolly to make it easier to roll into the space you want) It comes with a great tool kit, 54 spools of thread, sample stabilizers of different kinds, two sets of T-shirt Hoops, and two sets of hat hoops included, it comes with it's own stand and everything you need to get started. Machines of this caliber would be double the cost at a dealer. The crate it was shipped in was also very well packed and a solid wood shipping container. I have still been learning the machine but have stitched out a couple items as practice. There was no installation manual to put it together but it was pretty straight forward, the book it comes with explains how to embroider items but it does not show how to hoop your items, or installation of the hat hoop or t-shirt hoops. However, youtube has a sight BAI Embroidery Machine with several instructional video's. This is perfect because I am more a visual learner and you can watch, pause and replay, from threading the machine, hooping hats and t-shirts (I spent an hr trying to hoop a hat fighting it until I finally watched the video to find there is an adjustment piece that had to be set and once I saw the video and adjusted the piece it fit easily, care and maintenance of the machine (you must oil it to maintain it - make sure to watch that video) When the machine came it did have two broken needles that probably occured during shipping I learned the hard way to change the needle do not remove the screw all the way (it only has two/three threads) the entire thing pops apart and it is extremely difficult to put the gasket and needle bar back together, a video shows to barely loosen the screw and get something to kind of shift and pull the needle out as it doesn't fall out freely. Their youtube videos walk you through a lot of useful information. So far I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Amazing machine ! I have done embroidery for 10 years and have had very expensive machines and always wanted a multi needle machine but the price of the machines were outrageous and I began seeing Poolin machines on all social media and I investigated the price and the quality ! I couldn’t wait to receive my machine- it was like Christmas Day to me! It came quickly and was packaged very securely in a crate! The machine was easy to set up and the team of experts have been wonderful. I have nothing negative to say about the machine! It’s very sleek looking and has everything I need plus more! It sews pretty quiet and has beautiful stitches If you are thinking of purchasing this machine JUST DO IT!!!! Happy sewing

The delivery was on point, this is my first commercial embroidery machine, I was using a single needle embroidery machine and needed something that was affordable and can help my business grow. I was nervous that it would be difficult to set up the machine, but customer service has been excellent and quick to respond to my messages, the youtube videos made by the company are super helpful and very clear to understand. I'm impressed with the whole experience and the quality that the machine offers. Will definitely purchase another one once my business gets busier.

Let me just say that I am so happy with this purchase. There are many things that I need to address so humor me. 1. Be mindful that this machine is heavy. You will need at least 2 or more very strong individuals to lift and move this machine. 2. Measure your doorway. It is wide and may require you to take your doors off the hinges. 3. This machine is a thing of beauty and very intimidating if this is your first commercial embroidery machine. I cried and my anxiety escalated to a 10. 4. There will be a learning curve. Don't let it scare you. Embrace the challenge and it will pay off. 5. There is help out there. Although there is a time difference, Leo and Ren were the best. They responded quickly and guided me through all of my challenges with set up, tension testing, needle problems and everything else I messed up. 6. And finally, once you overcome all of the initial anxieties with set up and first stitch out, you will be very happy with this product. It stitches so nice and smooth. I want to make all of the things that I had so much trouble with when using my flatbed machine. I would absolutely recommend this machine for the cost and functionality it is well worth the purchase

The BAi mirror is a great machine. There was a bit of a learning curve, but once I reached out, the support team is fantastic!! Ace Wu and Luke Ren have been so wonderful in giving me all of the info I needed to get the machine up and going and to keep it that way. I am very excited to have moved from a one needle machine to a 15 needle machine. If you are newer to machine embroidery, this machine and the support people are a great way to start. The machine did come to my home on a semi truck, but was well packaged! You will need multiple strong people to move the machine.

I am an absolute beginner who has never embroidered before, and I am loving this machine! The setup was actually much easier than I expected. When I was initially overwhelmed by the extra parts, I scanned the support barcode and was connected to Leo on Facebook Messenger. He was incredibly helpful and explained that the extra parts are just spares and hat attachments (definitely watch the YouTube tutorial for the hats!). Note on Parts: I did receive a defective arm (the hoops wouldn't hook in), which Leo explained was from a known bad batch. They sent a replacement, which took about 10 days to get through customs. Check your hoops on day one just in case! Note on Software: The free software is fantastic if you just want to use pre-made templates from Etsy. If you want to do custom logos, you will need a paid program—I bought Hatch 4 Digitizer and it works like a dream. Overall, between the lifetime support promise and how well the machine runs, I highly recommend this, even if you are brand new to embroidery!

Extremely impressed with the construction and the embroidery quality on the EOV The seller was fantastic to deal with and it was shipped very fast. Set up was a great with all the online tutorials supplied by the manufacturer. I was embroidering the first day. Coolest crate I have ever bought something in and was able to use the wood to make shelves in the stand. Would recommend this machine. Bought this machine mainly for hats because of the rigid frame design

I received my machine on March 15 and I cannot be any happier. This decision was a no brainer for me. I had owned a Poolin flatbed machine prior to acquire this multineedle. The reason I decided to keep with Poolin brand is because the support from the engineers is endless. They are always checking on you even after sales. Kevin Xu messages me once a week to check in and make sure everything is running smooth and making sure I have the latest version of the operating system. The whole process of acquiring this machine was really seamless. Wayne Geng was really helpful with the purchase. Communication is top notch even though they are in a total different time zone. I cannot be any happier about this machine. The stitch quality is amazing!! This machine is a beast!! It handles hats so well even the super structured ones. I have included a video and few photos of designs I have stitched. The highland cow was the very second design I stitched on my Poolin EOX without even doing a tension test which is recommended to ensure flawless stitching. This machine is a total workhorse! I'm able to complete my orders faster and with much better quality plus I can now do hats and that has expanded my small business a great deal. The machine comes pre-threaded and that is a huge bonus!!! Everything you see on the listing photos you get. Poolin really sets you up for success with their machines and their starter supplies. The machine software it's full with glitches !!!!! The screen is freezing very often, the machine doesn't recognize he's on frames, the machine need very often hard reset to come back to normal. Every DTS file it's a problem once the file get uploaded to the machine machine to the max and after that doesn't allow you change the size or change any settings......... Disaster I'm very disappointed
