yellow the way theraband works is yellow red green blue black silver gold i do not recommend yellow unless it was recommended to you as there is very little resistance and if you over stretch it it can snap

The Thera-Band, 5-Feet/12 mm, is an amazing way to get easy exercises and stretches in. I use it for my pilates, and yoga classes. They are a very convenient product and I will continue to use it in my future yoga and pilates classes.
