If the output is phono yes, however, the unit doesn't come with Bluetooth.

Do the headphone port and RCA output at the same time?

Hello. It will output at the same time. Accodring to our customers' needs, we will cancel this feature in the future. And you will be able to listen to your headphone alone and won't disturb others.

Can the tubes be rolled? Which ones would you recommend.

Not sure about that, but assume so. Which one? No idea.
