I get this brand of of lions mane to get the capsules at a good price because they are very easy to take and I like this brand. I also take another brand of lions mane, but this is much less expensive and of a good quality. I like the powder, but these capsules are so easy if I am not going to mix the powder in a coffee I just take a couple of these. I really do believe that lions mane helps and take it daily. If I don't take it, I notice a difference. I think that now brand offers a good product at a good price and I use several of their supplements on a regular basis.

I take 2 per day and honestly I feel more present, no brain fog and can think clearly. Very happy to have discovered this supplement
