The henna in mehendi powder is sort of a watered down version because other ingredients are added. I mainly use the mehendi powder to maintain my color between henna dyes. **Q: Can you use a semi permanent hair rinse over this brand of henna?** A: I'm not a cosmetologist but henna is a very pure natural thing to dye your hair with so I don't think that they'll be any bad reactions as if it were a box dye.
