no!no! Micro Hair Removal Device - Rechargeable & Portable for All Skin Tones, Facial & Body Hair Removal for Women & Men - White

After I use the device on my face I use a small nose hair trimmer to get the crumbled hair off. I am 64 year old woman. Can't stand all the clear/white hair on my face. Laser hair removal does not work on light hair. The round pad it comes with does not work well on my face. The hair is very fine and I don't want to rub my skin so rough at this age. I do this about 1 time a week.

I bought the original NoNo 12 years ago and loved it! It worked very well. I hardly have any hair on my legs anymore. But sadly it finally died. So I bought the new smaller NoNo and I'm very disappointed. It did not hold a charge so I returned it for a replacement. Received the replacement three days later and guess what.......it does not hold a charge either. So I'm returning that one also. I don't know if it a design flaw or what but NoNo needs to work on them and fix the flaw.

Purchased to replace the one I had. Found the one I had. Now both are missing.

Works as advertised, but hair comes cack quickly.

Well, I don’t know if I got a lemon or simply doesn’t work. The device I have does not work on white /gray hair and barely does a good job on darker hairs. Contrary to manufacturer’s claims, it takes MULTIPLE PASSES to see any results. My device DOESN’T hold a charge. Yes I charge it for the six hours + But it barely lasts a MINUTE before it shuts down. As I said, I must have a lemon. The manufacturer claims it “works on ALL hair colors. And specifically declares it works on white hairs”. It doesn’t. . Manufacturer also claims that the charge lasts a reasonable length of time. Not 30 seconds!!!! The manufacturer also claims the cassette is designed to be long lasting. And seldom needs a replacement . So I don’t know. I’ve tried using the short and longer cassette, but there’s no difference on the time it holds the charge or even works! My next step is to contact Amazon Customer Service. Maybe I have a lemon and it will be exchanged. I’ll see.

Product came super fast. Worked great on my wife’s really light/fine, facial peach-fuzz. I never really noticed it before the No! No!; but I gotta say that she looked really striking after using it on her face. It’s like she had a different ‘glow’ or something. Really pretty. Must be something about how the makeup looks on skin vs. on fine hairs. This is MUCH better than wax (wax irritated her sensitive skin and that wasn’t a good look for 2 weeks). Anyway, I think it’s safe to say we’re both happy. Even if it isn’t noticeable to other people. I think it’s a self confidence booster. You have to be ok with a slight smell of burning hair though. All good - there’s worse smells in the bathroom.

Have used NoNo for 5 yrs. It seems to do the job. I still have to pluck silver/grey chin hairs with tweezers though. I thought this was supposed to get rid of those too. This new one doesn't seem to do as good a job as the previous one

Only works on finest of hairs, not on "all hair" as advertised. The burning hair smell is awful during use and any time the hair removal area is washed. Yuck! Who likes the smell of burning hair in their noses for hours? But I figured, if it actually works and removes hair for weeks from my face, great! Not effective though. The device then broke mid use, and started making a screeching sound after 16 months of owning it. I did not even use it twice a week, as suggested in the directions. It was used maybe 25-30 times. This was a waste of $100.

I bought one of these years ago but was not happy with it. This new one works so much better now. I just run it across every morning and have no problem with unwanted facial hair.

Stopped working after a handful of uses and is being returned for a refund.
