Nice and smooth energy, just right dosage, never had any issues with jitters/anxiety. As might be expected with any caffeine gum, the texture can be a little weird at first (seems to crumble a bit when you first start chewing; but it all stays together) and its got just a little bit of that 'pure caffeine' taste, but still has good flavor. Only issue is its a little pricey compared to some alternatives (side note, this seems to be the only caffeine gum/mint on here that doesn't have xylitol; for anybody with dogs that has safety concerns).

The flavor is longer lasting than some of the other brands of energy gum I have tried!

I work 14 to 15 hours most days and by evening I feel very tired and low. This gum really helps me feel fresh and active again. I take one when I start feeling dull and it gives a nice boost. Taste is also very good, not too strong, just perfect. Helps me focus better also when I have long work or meetings. Very useful product. Will buy again.
