If you like a very thick, creamy, chalk, slightly earthy taste plus texture that leaves a bit of a clay residue and after taste this is for you. I personally wanted a more crunchy, crumbling, earthy, less creamy, less chalk taste, and less clay texture. I did break them into tiny pieces and let them dehydrate naturally. It is much better but still too creamy (for me) with the chalk taste and clay texture (that sticks to your teeth). I will not be purchasing again because it is not for me. You do get a decent about for your money.
