I have Polybau vinyl windows purchased in 06, will the weep cover 1224white or 1239white work with my windows?

It will depend on the size of the current weep on on your windows. Some my windows; I had to enlarge the weep hole on my windows in order form them to fit correctly.

How to cut a slot for these?

There should be an existing slot for this by window manufacturers. It is not just a slot, there should be a channel inside to collect moisture and direct to the bottom most opening of the window to let the moisture out

Will these fit Hanson windows?

My Friend, I really cant answer that since I never worked on that Brand window. What I do know is, just measure the weep hole of your window. If the dia. and heith are the same the'll fit. They fit all the windows weep hole that I know of just right. Good luck.
