I have very high myopia and had laser surgery many years ago. I bet my issue was a strained eye muscle that could have been recovered with exercises, but they kept making my eyes weaker prescribing higher potency corrective lenses. Now I had started to fear I would need glasses again as my eyesight has worsened since the surgery, probably because I work with a PC during 10h shifts and my eye muscle was strained.Since the first day I started using these glasses my eyes felt more relaxed. My partner is impressed about my eyesight wearing the glasses in comparison to my normal one. I can already see better even without the glasses. This morning I was shocked to discover I could see the last lines of the eye test included without the glasses, which before I couldn't.Lately I'm always willing to give alternative remedies a try and I'm hardly ever disappointed, our bodies are more powerful that we've been taught and we have the ability to heal them just with some effort.
