This case is the better mouse-trap of storage systems. 1. It is sturdy 2. you can see the earrings through the glass. 3. the cover protects the inside from dust, 4. it can accommodate dangling earrings, clip-back, and post-back earrings and 5. it can sit safely on a table or dresser (and stackable too!).But it is not perfect! 1. the back row is so close to the box frame that if a back fell off, you would not be able to retrieve it, 2. the space from row to row is not long enough for the ear wire (dangling earring) to lie under the display board. As a result the ear wires perch "humped up" not laying flat into the slot. That is not a big deal, but that makes the earring less secure in the slot, and 3. if you have wide, chunky earrings, you will not be able to fit 32 earrings in a box as they will take up too much room.All in all I still think it is a pretty good deal and will be buying two more!
