Best KT tape I have ever purchased! The only one I truly trust to stay put on my long runs!

SB SOX kinesiology tape is terrific for lending light support to injured body parts. I've used other brands in the past, but the SB SOX tape is more forgiving and sticks better. Yes, you will probably need to use the yank-and-shriek method for removing the tape because, if you've applied it correctly, it probably won't come off on it's own. IMO, pulling it off isn't a big deal at all unless a lot of body hair is involved. The tape can stay stuck for weeks, but it should be removed after one week to allow the skin to breathe. Pulling it off after it's gotten completely wet in the shower works best. Otherwise, after bathing just blot it lightly to remove excess moisture. I sometimes use a hair dryer for quicker drying. Some key points for successful application: 1) Clean the area with rubbing alcohol. 2) Measure the length you will need and cut the tape an inch or so shorter than the area you plan to cover. 3) Round the corners of the tape. 4) Tear the paper backing in half vertically, roughly in the middle of the strip you've cut (the fabric will not tear), and turn the cut edges of the paper back to expose several inches of fabric. These cut edges are where you will hold onto the tape as you apply it. Try to avoid getting your fingers on the adhesive. 5) Place the exposed piece of fabric in about the middle of the area you want to tape, stretching it slightly (up to about 25%). Continue to work your way to the end of the strip, stretching and attaching one end at a time. Remove paper backing as you go. Do NOT stretch the last couple of inches at either end of the tape. Application of any kinesiology tape gets easier after you've done it a few times. Meanwhile, not to worry if you get a few small wrinkles during the application. There are a number of tutorials available online for correct application methods. In some cases, as with a meniscus tear, applying a double strip of tape horizontally over the meniscus, along with a single strip vertically on either side of the kneecap, seems to work best. Also, to go with the great quality, this tape is a great deal!! Couldnβt recommend it enough!!!

I'm writing this review from my bathtub at 2am wondering why hast thou tape forsaken my boobs & peeled off some skin.... Back story.... Alright, So boom.... It all started when I was shopping on another website & was suggested some similar tape & read the comments & saw it was called kinesiology tape & a thought arised... Hey you can get it cheaper & faster on Amazon.... Well low & behold today I used it & it held these 48 d cups with the strength of Thanos for over 8 hrs... About 10mins ago though well let's say 30 cause this is going to be a mini novel by the time im finished π€¦πΎββοΈI felt itching near the tape & noticed a bump then stinging sensation... I go in my bathroom since the light is brighter & there is a tear in my skin... I immediately jump into panic mode because I assume I've had an allergic reaction so I run to the comments under this product to see if anyone else had the same issue.... Maybe some of you are thinking why not go to the hospital?π Look I wasn't thinking rationally at all plus my mind goes 0 to 60 when I panic & im trying to work on that...π Back to the story....π So im reading the comments & I see all sorts of things thats asking me regret ever using the tape cause now I think the skin on my boots are going to melt off, my skin will peel away with the tape, imma have blisters ect...π³ (Side note: I felt so bad reading what some of you went through π) Now im really in panic mode I run to the bath tub hop in & get to peeling slowly praying that our Creator dont leave my books looking like a skinless hotdog....ππ I felt stinging again in certain areas so I know my skin is disappearing like Thanos did in avengers end gameπ... My world is upside down at this point ...π I peel even slower which helped & now my boobs are free & greatful...π« Even with little nicks here & there i will rather my boobs look like the ones of an orangutan before I use this tape for that purpose or any other again.... π€·πΎββοΈThe only pro about this tape is it made my boobs look so go I tried on almost everything in my closet today... To bad I didn't take pics to remember how great the looked in everything but forget all that If you decide to use it any way for boob purposes becareful & consider yourself warned ... My situation wasn't as bad as some but it was a bad experience nonetheless...
