Review: YES!!!!!! - glycemic load of 0, so safe for acne prone skin and diabetics/ maintaining low blood sugar, and it passed all testing- proven by @leadsafemama for lead, cadmium, arsenic, and murcury. the cleanest and tastiest sweetener in my opinion that you can find other than "wholesome" brand fair trade organic 100% pure honey with the biochecked non-glyphosate certification. (which is my go to sweetener for a liquid version! (btw, i have always HATED honey and i LOVE that one. but that certification also ensures that there are no heavy metals or glyphosates as well! (just another quick recommendation) but for the XYLITOL, i use it in smoothies, coconut milk yogurt, baking, pancakes, and i made a homemade warm strawberry jam with it for my homemade pancakes for mother's day, my mom said it was delicious and i should be a private chef- she always says that but regardless that goes to show how sweet this stuff is!! also xylitol may have gum health benefits!! not scientifically proven but people have seen their oral health improve after using xylitol! so so happy i discovered xylitol and its benefits and taste! i was using organic allulose -which is just as blood sugar friendly- before, and it's still decent, but xylitol is so much sweeter!!! and not bad for you at all! i'm surprised more people don't know about it or use it in place of other sugars!! 1000% recommended this!! also a side note, although it is super sweet and yummy- eating too much at a time will cause gas and bloating! i learned this beforehand thankfully and haven't had to experience it myself. Also one more thing, it does properly dissolve if you blend/heat it enough! (and in baked goods) For another amazing xylitol product, try out the "OraCoat" Xylimelts mints!!! They're 100/100 on yuka-so 100% clean, heathy ingredients- and the flavored versions are also 100/100! I only tried the plain ones which are already good, but i might try the berry or mint flavors next! Both of the other products mentioned are available here on desertcart as well! :)
Review: Using for teeth whitening and gum restoration! - Dr. Ellie recommends her mints and I use those too but this is my go to truly for my teeth! I keep it in a glass jar on my bathroom and kitchen counter and after eating I put a teaspoon of the Xylitol in my mouth and swish it around for a couple minutes and spit it out to not have the glycemic affect at all (I follow a ketogenic diet). It has completely healed my gums and my teeth are bright white. The natural birch I prefer to the USA’s GMO corn xylitol (organic or not ALL corn in America is GMO). I wish it came in a bit bigger size. the taste is just like sugar, it’s healthier than sugar, and it works for what I use it for. Great stuff!

Fantastic stuff so far. I think I already reviewed this. My gums were a little sore on one spot and after gargling a few times it is no longer sore. So... I would say that was pretty awesome. I will continue to gargle 5 times a day. (30 to 60 minutes before eating or drinking - even water) There are recipes online. I don't use it for anything else - not into sweet things.
