I bought these for a rock concert. They worked well, I could still hear the music properly but didn't get the ringing ears next day. You get three sizes of plug and one set of filters so they should fit all ears. My 14 year old found the medium size worked well too. The only down size is the carry case is small and fiddly.

I highly recommend these! They block out excessive loudness but you can still hear the music very clearly. Also blocks out people screaming beside you or talking loud which is an extra bonus

They don't do their jib

They used to make glass ended ones which were rounded, less long, not painful, and better at blocking sound. Unfortunately I lost mine so ordered these, which are the current closest match. Plastic ends of these are too long and painful rubbing into earlobe over time. Also less effective at protecting hearing and my hearing has been further damaged wearing these in the same places where the glass ones previously protected.
