Great Results! Easy Process
I am an experienced kefir culturer and I love the results of this starter! It is not kefir grains and will not produce them. However, you can add 1/4 cup of the cultured kefir to a quart of warm milk without adding additional starter and get another quart of kefir and on and on. I used 2% organic cow’s milk and the results were just as thick as whole milk. instructions are enclosed, and I follow them the first time. The second time I replaced the cover with a coffee filter and an elastic and it seemed to culture faster. I love that I can take a break from culturing when I have too much kefir without losing my grains. ( my review is not incentivized, I was just impressed) Well done Coolinari!

Creamy, thick, and tangy, Kefir
This culture makes a creamy, velvety Kefir; better than Alexander Dairy, which is hard to beat. Now I can make 4 quarts of Kefir for the same cost as 1 quart of Alexander brand. The Healthy Pot cooker on the yogurt setting for 24 hours makes perfect Kefir.

More batches with first packet
Works well, odd that less ferment makes for more tart? I've used the first packet to make two more qts. with a spoonful prev. to the milk. Used my I.P. (instant pot) to bring milk to temp in water using I.P. glass lid and temp probe to be sure as the I.P. has a "Boil" then "Yogurt" timing faze, just used the boil then oven with light bulb for 24hr. ferment (then the 8hrs in the fridge or more)

not buying anymore this one .
I used this starter before and I liked very much . Now they changed this powder and looks very nasty. Just want to pitch it not even eat. I was trying to improve with secondary fermetation ,still was not good, texture is awfull. Not buying anymore.

Yummy
Works if you use the directions provided. Makes delicious, mild yet effervescent kefir. I left mine out for a bit over 24 hours, it was nice and thick. I used an emersion blender to smooth it out. Great option for people wanting to make their own kefir but don't have the time to care for grains.

Imho, slower growing than using grains
No activity for 24 hours. Added some inulin and finally got some growth. Tastes pretty good.

The only kefir stater with L.Reuteri !
This is easy to mix and make kefir, and it also has the L. Reuteri probiotic along with the other ones that come in most kefir starters. I do not make kefir all the time, and with the starter, you do not have to worry about keeping grains alive if you are not making kefir. I use kefir in my Ninja Creami to make ice cream with, and this starter makes delicious kefir, and you can reuse each one several times before you need a new starter packet.

Yummy et rapide
Ça fait un Yop nature et la texture est incroyable. Faites bien chauffer le lait, ça change tout (oui j'ai testé) en mélangeant. Ça prend quelques minutes seulement

Easy to use
Easy to use, makes a mild kefir. Can't vouch for the live cultures, but it certainly makes a nice tasting result.

Worked with soymilk
I successfully made soymilk kefir with this! I simply poured a packet into a carton of organic soymilk (with only soy and water as ingredients) then shook it very well. I transferred everything into glass jars and placed them in my Brod & Taylor proofing box at 22C (somehow I misread the instructions and thought this was the correct temperature; it’s actually 25C). After 24 hours, it wasn't ready yet, so I increased the temperature to 23C. Another couple of hours later, I had kefir! It was very thick, a bit fizzy, but not separated. I moved it to the fridge overnight for the second ferment, and I've been enjoying delicious, creamy soymilk kefir ever since. Years ago, I was making coconut milk kefir using milk grains. It was more work, and I eventually stopped. This way is much easier, if you don't want to deal with grains and all they entail. I will try to use some of this first batch to ferment another carton of soymilk. Hopefully it works!
