Excellent sauce. Great on eggs! Serranos provide a not too spicy but flavorful sauce!

my favorite hot sauce for flavor
i am a big fan of hot sauces, and have been throughout my 55+ years of cooking...this is my current favorite...it is mild enough to go with everything...when i want more heat, i use this for the flavor and add their habanero or ghost pepper version, but this is my daily go-to......i go through a large bottle every month...love, love, love the flavor of this.

Excellent taste, not overly hot
Just recently had a taste from a hotel breakfast. Although Serrano pepper, it’s no mouth burning and barely needs a follow up drink at the ready Nicely flavored and I’ve killed about 20% of the some 19.6 bottle in 3 days! Pizza, scrambled eggs, nacho chips with chili/cheese

Delicious, good on most everything.
i love this stuff so much, not much it's not good on. There is a warning that color and hotness may vary. The 2 big bottles I got here were pretty consistent in hotness. I got 2 smaller bottles from walmart and one was pretty mild, still tasted good though. Definitely my favorite sauce but I'm still new.

Great Flavor and just the right amount of heat!!
I am so glad this is a big bottle! I know I'll be using it on so many things. Make no mistake, my wife's marinade for steak needs NOTHING. However, that being said, we decided to squeeze some of this YellowBird Serrano sauce on the meat before taking another bite and WOW!! Holy Barracuda, Batman! This is STELLAR sauce. It added something we never imagined we were missing. Heat AND solid serrano flavor (which is our favorite pepper flavor) to our wonderfully marinated steak. Thank You, YellowBird and God Bless Texas (where they make this sauce). Proving the stereotype that everything in Texas is big and awesome. Even the flavor of this incomparable sauce. You will be squeezing/pouring it LIBERALLY on anything you want to give that "extra special something". BRAVO, YellowBird. Y'all are without equal. We're now customers for LIFE.
