Deep Relief in a Small Package
I purchased these massage lacrosse balls to replace the ones I somehow โlostโ which most likely means one of my grandchildren claimed them as their own. These are absolutely perfect for working out those deep, hard-to-reach knots. Theyโre solid, firm, and provide just the right amount of pressure to really target tight muscles. I use them for my back, shoulders, and hips, and they work incredibly well every time. If you deal with tight muscles or stubborn knots, these are an ideal purchase. Durable, effective, and exactly what I needed. And this time? Iโll definitely be hiding them.

Why didnโt we get this in schools?!!!
Did you know that fascia stores memory? Focusing on relaxation with these balls can help release it. I'm shocked. I already have better postureโjust adding these balls to my workout routine! I've tried so many exercises, yoga styles, and fitness routines... but this is so simple and fast-acting. Guys, this is so easy, affordable, and life-changing.

I love it!! Extremely hard
Omg, AMAZING, I needed this for my feet, Iโve been looking for a firm ball to get really into my plantar fasciitis, these are so great! The power & feel is hard & you can bring this anywhere, Iโd recommend this to everyone & anyone that needs that REAL feeling, itโs extremely hard & I love it!!!!

Gets dirty quickly, but works
Be careful using this on your back if you have chronic back pain. It's good for massaging the feet as it has enough firmness and is the perfect size. My issue with it is that it picks up dirt and hair very easily, and so it is annoying to clean.

helpful tool for active bodies
These balls initially felt very dense and rather hard to me. After using them every evening on my feet, I am experiencing less pain in my lumbar area as well as legs. For an active person with work that is also active (bodywork and massage therapy), this is a very helpful and simple tool to ease tension.
