Great layout & easy to use
I love the way the layout of this book. I would like to see three things added to it though. On each day there should be a place for the date and other liquid intakes (not just water). I would also like to see Weight line added on every 7th day because I believe that would help a person see they are making progress. Weighing daily wouldn't be good because sometimes your weight changes a little and it would discourage a person. Otherwise the book is easy to use. The size is a little large to carry in your purse but then again I like the size because I'm unable to read smaller print.

I love the simplicity of the pages!
Thirty days into this journal and I am pretty pleased! I love the simplicity of the pages. There is plenty of room to write and I like the habit tracking concept. I do think too much space is given to "Snacks" (especially since I don't snack), but I just use that as a place to write a commitment to EOET (Eat Only and Exactly That)! I will probably buy another one when I finish this one. This is the ONLY pre-made food journal I have even considered buying and I have looked at a lot of them!

I Lost 3 pounds in 8 days!
I can't get over how much I love this book! You hear all the time if you want to lose weight you need to get a food journal. Well, this is much better than a food journal. you track your exercise, your water intake, your cravings & your responses to your cravings. You also track you how many hours of sleep you had. I feel great ticking off every glass of water I drink! It makes me want to drink more water just so I can tick off another water glass symbol. I'm only on day 9 but I can't wait to get to day 30 to see the difference/progress I have made! <3

Good just not what I prefer
Exactly as described just not what I need. I need motivational quotes to help push me. This is strictly a food journal with places for measurements, if that is what you're looking for than it's perfect! It does give plenty of room to write down all food which is a plus, just not the type journal I prefer.

It has helped me stay on track
I am going into my third month of this book. It has helped me stay on track with my healthier eating habits. It has space for tracking what I've eaten, what exercise I've done, water intake, sleep time, cravings and response, how I feel about my habits for the day and a space to remind myself about what I can improve on. It also has measurement and weight tracking for each month plus other extras. Once this one is full, I plan to buy another to keep me going.

Straightforward and easy to use
This book is awesome. There’s plenty of room to write in each meal and the check in pages where you can review your weight and body measurements are great milestones. If you’re looking for fancy, frilly, or glossy pages, this isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for a straightforward, easy to keep up with food diary, get this book!

I didn’t end up using it much and gave up on my fitness quest soon after I bought it after seeing no results over two years at the gym

I like the book it has made meAccountable for everything that I do and eat writing everything down made me more aware of what I’m putting in my body

Functional daily food tracker
The book is much larger than I was expecting, but I probably didn't pay very close attention to the dimensions given. It's very functional and covers most of the bases. The paper quality is similar to that of word puzzle books from the drugstore. One thing I would like to see added is a daily, or at the very least weekly, spot to record weight - both the physical weight for that day and the total weight lost.
